    Newbie equipment editing question

    Hi guys

If I edit a players equipment it will only save for the roster set that I'm working with right? It won't save universally?

Thanks for any help, still new at this and you guys are the best to turn to for help

Correct. You would have to edit again on a new roster.

      Thanks again for the help

Another question, once I have started a season using a roster I can no longer make equipment changes in the season right.

You can make equipment edits at any time during your season

          Really,

I thought I was locked into that roster once I started a franchise or season. I didn't know you could edit a roster once a mode was started.

Cheers I will check it out tonight

You're locked into the roster as far as adding new players etc but as far as equipment edits that can be changed as often as you'd like.

I can see why equipment edits aren't universal but an option for it should be considered because there's times it could be handy, as well as there also being times where it wouldn't fit. Just a thought.

I guess the hardest part will be too find a good source of photos from so far this season to get the equipment as accurate as I can

Can someone make a equipment edits page?

Well the video section of the MLB app can be organized by specific player so that helps me a ton. If u think inverted too, sometimes a specific player vid also is a good source for an opponent edit too... for example, every clip of a home run will have a clip of the opposing pitcher... and every stolen base clip has the opposing catchers and middle infielders. Also, those clips that show a starting pitchers outing has almost the entire opponent lineup in it as well. MLB .com individual game box score or wrap ups also have a photo gallery that can really help with more intricate details like shoes. But sometimes you have to watch entire games and take notes if u can. Also try not to go by opening day unless u really want special occasion type of stuff. A lot of guys wear things once and never again for opening day. If an edit seems out of the ordinary, check the player again in a few days and try and figure out what's more common for them to wear. I'm sure others can contribute other tips but editing can be fun almost like a scavenger hunt. It's rewarding when you get it right. Enjoy!
