anyone doing a 25 man roster for osfm? cause i know the 40 man screws lineups etc .if i remember correctly someone did last year for franchise mode?

I do one every year!
I use RosterResource as my Resource for starting lineups vs Rhp/Lhp, Pitching rotation, Long,Middle, Set up and Closers.
I leave guys that are on 15 day DL on 25man roster
Guys who are on 60 day and longer I put in Single A. So guys like Schwarber, Winkler, Doubront, Darvish and others will be in Single A.

I leave guys that are on 15 day DL on 25man roster

Guys who are on 60 day and longer I put in Single A. So guys like Schwarber, Winkler, Doubront, Darvish and others will be in Single A.

Oh man please!! I always am looking forward to those 25 man rosters! makes simming spring training less stressfull lol

Do you want me to add batting stance edits?
I always do position edits so guys dont get subbed for in the 1st inn.
In regards to stance edits theres about 40, ive looked at the creators edits and they are all legit!
Let me know your thoughts!
And Ill go by majority vote!

Wouldn't a 25 man roster not include minor league players? Isn't that what the OSFM is (full minors)? I'm relative new to the OSFM roster so excuse my question. Thanks

The OSFM roster is a 40man roster, so if you sim Spring Training the CPU will auto. pick your 25 man at start of season.
My 25man is based off of the OSFM 40 i just cut it down to Opening Day 25man.
So ALL rookies will be in the roster set and guys like Story and White will be on the Opening Day lineup.
Basically this roster allows you to sim Spring Training so ALL lineups and rotation stay locked

Thanks. I'm a bit confused about the OSFM roster. If it's a 40 man roster, then how does it include all minor league prospects? I play online franchise, and it requires each team has 90 players on the complete roster (including AAA, AA, and A).

Yes every team has 90 players
My 25man is basically for Offline users, I myself have not used the OSFM for online!
So I cant answer the question how they work Online! Sorry

Oh okay. So all the prospects from OSFM show up in offline franchise? Do they just get assigned to the Free Agent pool rather than the team they actually belong to?

Wouldn't Schwarber or someone who started out on the Opening Day roster and got injured, be included in the 25 man roster to start out?
