For example, since noah syndergaard was a rookie last year, scea added him mid season. If you import that player to 16, you can edit the appearance and the game recognizes him the same as the un-editable 16 version.

Workaround for poor non-face gen players needing CAPs:
If you import a editable scea added player from a '15 franchise and don't edit the name at all, '16 recognizes that player and calls him by his name/keeps all audio attached.

Re: Workaround for poor non-face gen players needing CAPs:
Good to know. If i still had '15 I would export some of the non-face scan players, that are on mlb rosters, to the vault. Is anyone interested in doing that. Guys like:
Wilmer Flores
Juan Lagares
Steven Matz
Noah Syndergaard
Michael Conforto
Hansel Robles
Obviously every team has a bunch, just naming a few from the mets. -
Re: Workaround for poor non-face gen players needing CAPs:
valex, I dont see anything from you in the 16 player vault. The idea here is to take an scea player that did not have a face scan in '15, such as Juan Lagares, and export that player from 15, import to 16 over the same player without a face scan, so you can keep the audio/info and now edit the players face and what not.Comment

Re: Workaround for poor non-face gen players needing CAPs:
Yeah it has to be SCEA created CAPs like Blake Swihart, Henry Owens, Noah Syndergaard, etc. You can export them using roster control and then import them over the face scanned SCEA guys with portraits like the above 3 mentioned. Once you import the CAP in then you can edit the face like you said but don't edit their name cause that keeps the audio attached to the player slotPSN: lxl_Porta_lxl

Re: Workaround for poor non-face gen players needing CAPs:
This won't work for what has been talked about here. You would've had to export the scea cap's from mlb 15 over to mlb 16, then import the player over the scea player in 16, then you can edit the player and the audio and info will stick - after that you can upload the player to the vault.Comment

Re: Workaround for poor non-face gen players needing CAPs:
Can somebody help me out and upload the mets scea cap's from the show 15 into the 16 vault. I'm looking for:
Noah Syndergaard, Steven Matz, Hansel Robles, Wilmer Flores, Juan Lagares.
I'd do it myself, but i traded 15 in already and I need to edit the scea faces but keep the audio.Comment
