I don't know Ridin if you have access to a PS3 but when you release OSFM v2 could you please post an offline file over in the PS3 rosters section? Thanks & it would be greatly appreciated.

When & if you can do this please shoot me a PM to let me know you did it. I don't even fool with checking that section much anymore because mostly everybody has moved onto PS4 for this game now. Thanks again buddy if you can help me out!

Eh, not everyone follows minor roster moves for every team. I wouldn't say they "don't keep up with baseball" just because they didn't know some worthless back-up IF switched teams.

Does anyone know if there is a way to fix the messed up stats? I started a Dodgers franchise with the 1.5 roster and Yasmani Grandal has Ethier's career stats, while Ethier has 0 home runs.

I noticed this problem as well! For many players (cj wilson, carl crawford) the career stats are completely innacurate.
This is probably because a bunch of players were imported throughout the entire process. I don't understand why it was necessary in certain instances.
Is there any way this could be fixed? The career stats were a big improvement to this years game and it would be unfortunate for it to basically be moot for some players.

I just reupload 1.5 with the duplicate player fixed and the few missing players go get it

For what it's worth, the stamina progression is probably accurate as for how it works in real life. Guys might gain a little bit of stamina from ages 18-20ish, but for the most part, guys have as much stamina at 22 as they would at 32.

Now, younger guys usually throw fewer innings and have more strict pitch counts because teams are being more careful with them, but they don't actually have less of an ability to get to 100+ pitches than a 30 year old veteran. One could make the argument that a seasoned big leaguer has more ability to maintain through 30+ starts over a year versus a 20 year old, but the "stamina" rating in the game doesn't really apply to how a player does/doesn't wear down over a season, but how much effect each game/pitch has on the next one.

I've actually been itching for this kind of progression for some time. Things like Speed, Stamina, velocity, etc shouldn't progress much at all past the age of 21 or so. Things like Power, contact, etc should have a bell shaped progression. Things like baserunning ability, plate discipline, and other should continue to progress even in to a player's age 30 and beyond season.

Maybe they could have something like 2k does in basketball where they allow you to allocate minutes to each player....SCEA would allow you to allocate innings for pitchers and let you choose between stamina or innings allocated. This would especially be beneficial to pitchers coming off the DL. If you didn't want to allocate innings then do pitches thrown. Have a pitch cap.

Just a heads-up. For the veterans that now have stats again that had been removed from the base rosters (the ones in which OSFM were based off of) you can just export them from the most recent roster and import them into your OSFM roster. Matt Joyce of the Pirates is an example.

I just want to find out the changes so that I can import the players myself from the newer 1.5 roster to the older 1.5 roster. Thanks in advance.

Does anyone know if there is a limit to how many players you can import?
There are probably hundreds of players with incorrect career stats
