Allen Webster SP Fire Agent 79 Overall?????

I am not familiar with Allen Webster at all but after seeing his Stats I was shocked to see his Overall Rating a 79. Can any 1 elaborate on this? I'm using OSFM v3. Thanks.

He hasn't been able to put it together no matter where he went, LA, Boston, Arizona, or Pittsburgh. He's probably got good ratings in the game but in real life he's not much better than a bag of baseballs having struggled through many of his outings during his time with my Sox

Had very good stuff but struggled to put it together consistently. When he did, he showed flashes of brilliance. In the Show he plays well, and he would be a wise pick up

All anyone needs to know about Webster is Thanksgiving 2015, Arizona pawned him off on the Pirates. By Christmas 2015 the Pirtaes had dumped him too.

Don't sell Webster too short, Pirates didn't dump him, they allowed him to go to Korea for more money. However, he was projected to be long relief or AAA rotation depth so I don't see why he is 79 OVR.

Don't sell Pittsburgh short. If the Pirates felt they were better as an organisation with Webster,
he wouldn't be piching in a fifth-rate league with 7.10 ERA and a WHIP of 1.788.
I will give him credit for convincing anyone to name him a Top 100 prospect.
However, those days are past and his potential is shot. IMO
