Which All-Time Roster should I use?

So I absolutely love all time rosters. And I love realism. So I know the perfect roster isn't gonna be out there that has the all-time greats but also has the realism down to a tee. By realism, I mean authenticity. Please don't get me wrong; I am just looking to see if perhaps there's a roster I oversaw or missed that suits my desires well. I am NOT complaining at all. I appreciate all the amazing rosters out there.

A lot of the all-time rosters are great but there are three really big things that frustrate me.

1 -Equipment. There is a roster out there that I really really like but the players all have the same equipment. Everyone is using the same type of cleats. Even The Kid isn't wearing any of his Nike gear. I don't understand why but everyone just using the same gear.

2 - "Franchise ready all-time rosters". I would much rather have an SCEA David Ortiz with face scan and equipment, at 41 years old, then have a CAP Ortiz at 25. I just want that realism, the feeling of how good that face scanned Papi really is. Same with Ichiro, A-Rod and countless others. They might be in their 40s but I would rather switch A-Rod to SS, put his stats up to a 99 and throw him on the Mariners and have a face-scanned A-Rod then a young CAP A-Rod (not that the CAPs arent good. Many are great, but they can never compete with most face scans). I don't care if they retire early, I'm looking to do just seasons anyways.

3 - Repeat players. I understand Griffey played for the Reds for a small part of his career, but he is a Mariner. And I feel as though an all-time roster should reflect that of the best players to ever play on that team and either retired with them or had most success on that team. I don't want Roger Clemens on a few different squads. Just one.

*** I know, I know. "Why don't you just edit the equipment yourself?" "You have no idea how difficult/time consuming/frustrating it is to build a roster". I am not saying that I do know any of that. I began editing the equipment for that roster with all the one type of cleat and I realized just how long it took me to get half a division's proper equipment correct (cleats, gloves, batting gloves, bat, etc), I can't imagine how long making each player is. Or even just downloading all the players and throwing them into one roster. My issue here is that I just want to see if anyone is aware of a roster that fits my desires mentioned above. I can't seem to find one that I like enough to use and fully enjoy.

One last thing. If there is a roster out there that has everything I like except for the equipment, I'll do equipment edits to my liking. I don't mind. It's the other stuff that I'm not good with that I wouldn't be able to fix.
