    RTTS Optimized OSFM SteveMarshallUpdatev2

I want it to be known from the get go, I DID NOT CREATE THIS ROSTER. I didnt make the prospects, that was Ridin' and the rest of the people who made the osfm roster. I did not rerate the players either, that was Bravesfan who put out the steve marshall update v2. I used his 25 man roster he just released a couple days ago.

Why did I make this roster?

When you start a franchise, anyone who was sent down to single A for season long injuries will be automatically brought back to the mlb. This includes players like Clayton Kershaw and Kyle Schwarber among many others. But when you start a RTTS, the game doesnt know to bring those players back up. I only realized this when I started a new RTTS and saw no Schwarber on the cubs when checking mlb stats. Even worse, HE WASNT ANYWHERE. So I started looking for other players, sure enough they all were GONE! This felt like a mode breaker to me so I went in search of a way to fix it.

Now, you must understand that while I too like sim rosters, theres another problem with these osfm's and any other roster with created prospects. Just like the stars who were sent down to Single A, ANY PROSPECT ON SINGLE A WILL BE DELETED AND REPLACED, or so it seems. Some of the best up and coming players are on the single A teams, they wont be in your career on other rosters. So in order to have them in the mode, I moved EVERY SINGLE PROSPECT that was a c or better to AA or higher(barring a terrible age/overall/potential combo ie 27 year old 54 c)

In order to do this, I moved EVERY D POTENTIAL PLAYER to the single A teams unless they had a 70+ overall. Those guys will be on the mlb or AAA roster. After all, they're prolly a key cog in the machine of those franchises. Very few other D's were sprinkled into the AAA and AA rosters to make sure at least 25 players were on MLB AAA and AA teams. But no one changed FRANCHISES.

Now there is one thing I did before I realized this issue that may upset people who want as realistic a roster as possible...

Im a cubs fan and I have a certain opinion on where some players should be playing(not based in reality). Anyone who's a star is prolly still where they belong. But some of these outfielders have no arm so they got moved from rf to cf or lf, or even into the infield to better utilize their ratings. Some infielders became outfielders because they had too good of arms to waste. Some starting pitchers were made into relief pitchers, some relief into closers. THIS IS NOT WHERE THEY PLAY IN REAL LIFE. If you have a problem with that, you can fix it yourself. Im not gonna move them back for you, I like where they are. But I didnt do this to ANY OTHER TEAM, JUST THE CUBS. Anyone I moved is most likely in a better position for the ratings they had...

You can find this roster under RTTS OSFM SMUv2. Might say RTTS OPTIMIZED OSFM SMUv2 as the title.

I just wanted to do what I could to fix this issue without having to wait for SDS to fix it with a patch. You can test for yourself and see Im right about players straight disappearing. This roster makes it so no A's Bs or even most C's will be deleted. Very few C's were moved to single a and only out of necessity(no room).
