I was playing around with the fielding ability as I have some that are really low.. like 15-20. Heck some are even lower. (Using the fielding from Fan Scouting on Fangraphs.
I'm not sure if most of you already know. .. do not put players under 30 fielding. Those who goes under pauses before they finally throws the ball along with an awkward throwing motion. 30 and up is when they start the fluid motion/throwing without pausing. Of course then higher the smoother it is and more elite plays. Had plenty of tests the past 2 nights using fielding practice with different fielding and reaction sliders.
So if you notice the pauses.. check the F.A. (no not free agents
