Changes made:
1) I've attempted to scale down the options and I removed some features that didn't appear to get much usage. I removed the player generator and the roster files (since the player list can be sorted by team it seems unnecessary to have the separate roster file.) The utility is now just one main excel file and the accompanying data files.
2) I added an "input" sheet which can be used to input data into the game. It works quite well using remote play. Just size the windows up, and click the buttons to move from one player to the next.
3) To work in conjunction with #2, players are now sorted by position as they are ordered in the game.
4) I removed all the adjustments that can be made on the ratings sheets. Adjustments for minor league players are now done in my main calculator and written directly into the data files so there is no need to do them in the utility. All minor leaguers will be output the same as the major league players.
5) I modified the down-scaling method for minor league players. I think it does a better job keeping them in the correct ranges.
6) I have not recalculated any career ratings. If I do this, it won't be until after the new release and I have time to examine SCEA's ratings. If they make any major changes, then I'll make another big release in the summer. If they don't, there's a chance I won't until next year.
7) 2016 ratings are included. You can take them as my "predictions" though keep in mind younger players with very little service time are not likely to be rated very accurately.
Enjoy, and let me know if you have questions.
And a special thanks to all the historical roster makers out there. Let's hope and pray that someday they'll give us transferable rosters from year to year (or a roster export feature from franchise.)...!
