Does anybody know what date the full minor league rosters will b released?

We all want it to come out and quickly. I'd rather they take the time and get it as accurate as they can. These guys do a fabulous job and isnt something that should be rushed

Update 4/3:

Guys the roster is coming along fantastic. The faces Motown, Bacon, 13, Willard and Aroid and others have done are amazing. Showtyme and Bacon have stepped up big time in their support for the release this year as have the usual guys with their teams.

One little diff approach to the set this year is the way we will structure the levels

AAA- 85-90% accurate may have a High rated AA prospect or AA career minor leaguer but as close to real as you can get. Minor league rosters fluctuate and change daily this time of year.

AA-50-60% accuarate... may have a fee higher end A ball prospects or rehabbing players

A ball will be injured players and prospects and low level top prospects

Tweaking a little allows maybe an additional 1 or 2 top prospects to make it in the set and makes a better long term franchise experience. Instead of the 40 yr old minor leaguer filler who will retire after 1 season.

Stay tuned this week.... lots of details and maybe more to come!

To piggy back off this. HUGE thank you to Bacon96, vanillathunder98, 19, csurra999, Motown, and Hosuton for their help with CAPS and touch ups on players. They came up big time this year and have been cranking out players like clockwork so make sure you guys thank them. Some of them have CAPS in the player vault so give them a like. Absolutely.... this a a total OS effort. This isnt "Ridins" roster this is a community roster. The person who started this is Knight and we all owe this great project to him and the guys at OS as well as the guys at SCEA for making this game as editable as they do.

How I set my rosters up after OSFM and the Hybrid drop


AAA - Any player on 40man roster + older guys who could get called up

AA - Top 20 prospects plus international signings

A - 2016 -2014 draft picks + international + I.jured players. Usually anyone whose 20 or younger thrown here.



Playing AA games is alot of fun when it's filled with the top prospects. Also helps with wanting to trade in franchise.

I have every team filled out with how I want the AAA ,AA ,A teams filled out on Excel. I love the minor league systems almost more than playing the MLB games.

Would anyone know if these type of SCEA created players downloaded from a live roster in MLB 16 are supposed to have updated face scans when importing a Franchise from MLB 2016 to MLB 17 or is it only the players who already have face scans in the game?

I do not post often, but I usually try to keep up on the goings on this time of year. I want to mention the great commodore here on this website. It feels like we are all part of our own metaphorical MLB organization here. Those of you that have worked hard and continuing to do so are our Big Leaguers and managers. The rest of us are the scrubs and future talents down in farm system. Anyways, this was just a spur of the moment reply to say thank you those of you that work hard to produce a product that makes us all really happy!

Hey guys, long time follower, newbie to posting. I just want to say how awesome you guys make this game. I dunno what I would do without minor league rosters, I'm a lover of trades and building teams (also a Braves fan so that makes sense) and without these rosters the game would feel incomplete. Take your time and keep it up, would rather have a good product than a rushed one.

I wasn't sure if I should post this in this OSFM thread or the other OSFM thread but I carried over SCEA's Mike Olt from last year's game and exported him in 17. He has his player card, accurate service time and career stats. However, the only issue is that his career totals are all zeros but his player card shows all his correct stats from his different teams. I uploaded this to the vault in case you guys wanted to include him in your roster.

EDIT: I also did this for Allen Craig and Edgar Olmos since they were both not in the game this year. Both players have accurate service time and accurate career stats as well as their player card. I have 8 guys in the vault under my PSN lxl_Porta_lxl who are all in this similar category of missing players with accurate service time and stats and player cards. Feel free to use any, some, or none of them. Just thought I'd share.

Id like to see this as well, if possible. It used to be that it stayed OD for equip, pitch edits, and rerates, but that changed probably 3 yrs ago, as I think some of the guys who did those changes no longer do it, as they got to busy to find time too work on it, as its a lot of work. I no beggers cant be choosey, so Im just greatful for all that everyone does that has a part in the OSFM.

I would really like for the contracts to be updated to make trades and signings much more realistic.

If you want to send me the file before release, I can edit all teams or just half or something so that future roster updates still have updates contracts.
