    Jros,

I took a good long look at the roster and there were a few that jumped out at me:
    TOR Ryan Goins 72
    MIN Jorge Polanco 56
    SEA Guillermo Heredia 64
    TEX Jurickson Profar 64
    HOU Teoscar Hernandez 76

    Thanks
BFR's future is still TBD, stay tuned for updates

Byron Buxton's speed for the twins = 92. Definitely should be 98 or 99. Fastest home to home in MLB last year, along with having most of the top home to second times as a righty.

I'm happy to help with this, since I spend loads of time on Fangraphs and have already found numerous articles on fielding/throwing Statcast data.
It would be great if more Statcast numbers came out, but other than listicles, or one off videos, all I've seen is batted ball data.

We might be able to start using range data for fielding, but our best source of speed is still 1st-to-3rd rates, and such.

It's absolutely maddening. Mike Petriello and Daren Willman essentially have had full access to Statcast for 2+ years and they haven't posted anything beyond "did you know?" and "Top 10" type of stuff. I mean, you can search for a lot of batted ball and pitch data on Willman's Baseball Savant website already, but the speed and defense stuff they are making much harder to come by. To their credit, they did publish a new stat this year called "catch probability" that helps you rank outfielders and their range, albeit not in the greatest sortable format. Hopefully they continue to add to the database on Baseball Savant so that we can directly compare all running speeds etc in the future.

I'm a big statcast guy so every one of these players likely measures very well in statcased based data. The game ratings and OSFM ratings do not do a good job of giving players with good arms credit:

Here are players that should see arm rating boosts. Most of my sources are Mike Petriello statcast articles and are easily verifiable.

                1. Aaron Hicks: 99.4 mph - only at an 87 ovr, capable of throwing 105 w/ crow hop.
                2. Starling Marte: 97 mph
                3. Danny Santana -- 96.8 mph
                4. Carlos Gomez: 95.8 mph
                5. Jake Marisnick: 95.7 mph
                6. Carlos Gonzalez: 95.5 mph
                7. Michael Taylor: 95.4 mph
                8. Eddie Rosario: 95 mph
                9. Tyler Naquin: 94.8 mph
                10. Byron Buxton: 94.8 mph

Other players with great arms (have played some OF, or all OF)
                2. Sano (3B, played some RF)-- 95.5 mph
                3. Carlos Gonzalez -- 94.3 mph
                4. Starling Marte -- 94.1 mph
                5. Adam Eaton -- 94.0 mph
                6. Yasiel Puig -- 93.5 mph
                9. Steven Souza Jr. -- 92.1 mph
                10. Kole Calhoun -- 91.9 mph

Buxton should also have the second fastest speed rating in the game, to Billy H.

                Home to 1st (non-bunt) -- right-handed batter

2016 Record: Byron Buxton, 3.72 seconds against the Indians on July 15
2016 MLB average time: 4.62 seconds. His current speed rating of 92 does not do him justice as there are several players above that.

Didi Gregorious has the second best SS arm in the AL according to statcast. He should have an arm in the mid 80's.

Cesar Hernandez definitely should be higher than 75.

Hey Jros! Mind taking a look at Dalton Pompey on the Blue Jays? 77 speed seems pretty low for a guy who has been put on their roster in playoffs just to steal bags a couple times. Thanks!

He lists Sano who he admits plays mostly 3B, Baez has played outfield some too. Besides, I wasn't criticizing him I was just adding that fact because I think Baez's arm strength needs to be increased and you said you'd be doing some arm edits.

Baez has played 2.1 inn in his career in LF with no assists, we mentioned earlier that Baez defense is super underrated in the game.
