    Utility players

So I imported some utility players from the base roster to use on a project.

At first the positions didn't stick after editing. I imported a 3B that could play 2B, short, and the corner outfield spots. Edited him and bang, no more utility player.

Last night, I tried again. Import, edit, but the positions stayed put. I *did not* edit the players position. I may have on example 1, can't recall to be honest.

So do I have it right that as long I don't edit the base position these guys will remain utility players in spite of editing attributes and other ratings?

    Thanks!

    Don't edit the secondary position.

Being a utility player helps you learn more about your strengths and weaknesses. Playing different positions puts you into different parts of the field and exposes you to the places you need improvement in each of them.
