Got mine on marketplace too! Update on my Brewers franchise with your rosters. Was struggling up until this last week and was 14-29. Due to a few injuries I called up 2 minor leaguers and man what a turn around. Reeled off 8 in a row and the bats have come alive! Record now stands at 22-29 in third place with a big series coming up against the second place Cubs. Really enjoying these!

Sounds like the player editor will be exactly the same as on 20 so this re-creation will be rough.

Bacon's Fictional Roster on 21 will be a shell of what we've seen on 19 & 20 and it is just super unfortunate that SDS did not build anything to help me (or any other roster creators) out because this time around it's gonna be rough.

First of, these rosters are the ONLY reason I play The Show anymore. Not knocking the rest of the game's features but with a family now, time is limited for me. With fictional rosters I can create my own world and have done just that, in addition to recreating all 30 teams. These rosters are flat out phenomenal.
I looked through the thread and saw Bacon's going to recreate on PS5. I recently thought of switching to XBox but it's pointless if the rosters are on PS5. So PS5 it is!
However this year's game may be a rough transition to next gen especially for Franchise-only players like myself. So, I will try and wait until next year's game and purchase a PS5 then. I'm hoping there will be more added to Franchise(as insinuated [emoji1696]) including the return year-to-year saves!

I'll stop rambling now, just wanted to give a tip of the cap to Bacon, I've really enjoyed these rosters for the better part of a year now, can't wait for them on next gen with better graphics, gameplay and stadium creater.

The vaults may very well be cross-platform...so don't worry too much about which system people are on.

Thank you sir! I love hearing from all you guys about how you wouldn't even play the game without my rosters...that really makes me feel some kind of way. Very glad to hear you enjoy them.

As JoshC said, vaults are LIKELY going to be cross gen/platform so hopefully that breadth brings even more DLs and exposure to my roster as a whole.

Bacon, I was thinking about this no service time thing for '21. Won't this mean that every player will be a "rookie" and have that "R" symbol next to their name?

I feel like I ran into this issue with a fictional roster several iterations back. Drove me nuts.

Gonna be a while. My current goal is June 1 for the first version but that may fluctuate.

I will be releasing it as I hit certain bench marks with the first one being a roster of just each team's 26 mans. Then later a 40 and a 60ish and lastly the full 93! Hopefully every couple months depending on how often I can work and how many others can lend a hand.

All I can say is God Bless Bacon.

When your 93 man is complete that would be the only thing (along with any potential classic rosters created by the usual crew here at OS) that can get me to even consider picking up 21 a lot later in the cycle.

The undertaking is incredibly long and arduous. I really hope people appreciate the effort, time and dedication it takes to create this roster from scratch.

The roster community is the only thing that can really make the game better for offline franchise players at this point.

So a huge shout out Bacon. You are a beast.

Riding a 10 game winning streak with the Brewers. Pitching and hitting has all come together at once in a thing of beauty. Went from last place to tied for second in a matter of 2 weeks. Still at 4 games below .500 in a weak division so there is still hope. Only 2 games out of a wild card spot. Still early though. 2 weeks ago I was 14 games under .500. On a roll!

Thank you very much for the MLB 20 Rosters. While I do enjoy the original , there's just something cooler/funnier about having fictional players.

I can help out a little bit with some of the rosters, but not much. I did do some roster edits back in the PS3 days. I do have the rosters on my PS5 with MLB 20, so I can copy the attributes, just need help with the appearances. Also, is the batting stances set in stone?

Feel like I need to add my 2 cents here.

I know I'm late to the party but thanks for this roster! After some years away from the show, I was really hoping to get into the 1993 historical roster, but I was quickly stressing over player development/stats/transactions.

After some quick roster scanning, Oakland seemed like a good time, and I was right! I'm excited to get this pitching staff straightened out in what looks to be the best division in the league.
