Rookies not showing in "Top prospects" list

Does anyone know why the top prospects list isn't showing 50 prospects in many rosters? I believe the basic OSFM roster does show 50 but pretty much every other one I checked doesn't. The hybrid roster shows 20-30 guys. A few others I checked show about 40. I know it doesn't really affect anything, I just thought it was a cool little addition to franchise and now it's bugging me a little bit that it's not functioning

The hybrid roster lowers the potentials on some players so that only the elite prospects are A potential. That is why you get a smaller number with them.

Yeah that makes sense. I messed around with it a little today and seen that a player has to be at least 88 potential and can't be in single a to show up on the top prospects list

From what I've noticed when "researching" which players pop up on the top prospect board, it matters more what the player's overall is and then potential is secondary.

It's something like a player must be over ~63 overall and then it's sorted by an average of current overall and potential.
BFR's future is still TBD, stay tuned for updates
