30 Team Control (Help)

I manually control all 30 teams but after I skip spring training and go straight to the regular season, my roster/lineup changes. What am I doing wrong?

You half to have rosters set to 25 man only until you get to regular season then add the 40 man rosters back.

So example is if you used the HYBRID 2.0 or OSFM 3.2 you would load this roster first, then go and removed everyone from each teams 40 man leaving just the players on MLB there. Then start your franchise to regular season and no moves, no lineup or rotations changes will happen. Then if u prefer once you start your regular season add players back to the 40 man then.

you need to delete everyone on the 40 man roster to get to 25 for each mlb team then skip spring training?
is there a easier way or is that the only way to keep rosters the same?
