OSFM, V-3.0 Off-Season Update with Corrected Sim Stats.

Credit to Side Effect for his work on roster through december 16th.
I am taking that file and plan to continue updating transactions up to ST.
I am also going to apply ratings edits where appropriate to correct the sim stats that are inaccurate, and get things almost exact to where they should be.

I am just starting now, and will upload as I finish each team.
You will see many uploads under my name while it is a WIP, and read the description on the file in vault to see my progress.

If you aren't too far in yet, I'm gonna try to release a new update this weekend that is a bit more updated to work off of.

Ok. Now that I was told OSFM, V-3 has no pitch edits, I think I will re-nig on this. Now, the OS Realism roster had already been edited by me in the summer for sim stats and gameplay, if I can find it. However, it was last updated 8/14 to best of my knowledge. Not sure if I want to start doing transactions that far back. Hmnn .... any suggestions ?
