It's mainly kept low because it affects overall a bunch for starters...also, younger prospects don't pitch as many innings on avg than pros...ergo...there stamina is lower. makes perfect sense to me at least.

Rosters are pretty good but I have a complaint (not directed at you). You go into roster vault and the first 7 pages or so are copies of your roster put up by other yahoos. there's several every effin day. The same effin rosters gets uploaded over and over by different people. As I said it's not your fault but to those who do this: if you're looking for a specific roster it's takes a while b/c of you idiots

but does stamina progress ? once a top prospect makes it to the MLB and gets older does their stamina remain at 60?

Seriously, I can't fathom in any way, shape, or form why one person would do this, let along as many as there are that do. There's nothing to gain from it and even if they're trying to troll it's not effective with how many of them there are.

              Anyway, great rosters Monkey!

People=$#!T. Was a song title as I remember it.... LoL

Why let anyone else take credit for something when you can claim it as your own. Also just out of experience from years back. I'm sure more then me saw this classic from an NCAA Football game that will remain nameless on this message board. It was not out of the realm to see the profanity all-star teams. Some you thought tried to put words together. Others, well......... rode down a slope of boundless stupidity..... Either way it's total douche to take credit for something you didn't do. Most times I just expect teams of F-Bombs from these clowns. I just go to the source. Really hope we do see another roster update from the TheMonkeyMan23. But if not, I understand considering 10 days without a post. Dude is using his time for this kinda work. Thanks for what you did if it goes no further.

Or tinkering with stamina is the easiest way to quickly change overall ratings. And younger pitchers have lower stamina?

                            What's the deal with potentials?

You have so many players rated C potential that have no business rising from their current 50s-low 60s ratings. You need more 'D' potential ratings to help the CPU make fewer random decisions and improve progression/call-up logic.

Every team has more than a handful of flat out illogical player potential ratings that will fuel unrealistic player progression in-game.

Here's one quick example from the DBacks

-AJ Pollock..bonafide star, only showing signs of improving and leads the NL in slugging and logged a WAR of 2.0 in 40 games. If not for injury, on pace to be an 8 WAR player... there were none in the NL last year...

                            83 OVERALL, 82 POTENTIAL

-Rey Fuentes is the #2 CF on the roster. He's played 100 games in the MLB since 2013 and has a negative cumulative WAR. He is a career minor leaguer to the core

                            63 OVERALL, 83 POTENTIAL

-Cesar Puello is the 3rd RF on the Dbacks, his 5th organization since 2016. He's currently playing in his 11th minor league season with 34 career major league at bats under his belt that didn't go well.

                            65 OVERALL, 82 POTENTIAL

It gets worse but if you get the point I'll leave it there. The discrepancies exist on every team and not just with potentials, but with individual attribute numbers that aren't supported by any available statistics or logical reasoning as well. It doesn't help to have overall ratings where you want them if the underlying information among players is inconsistent. All of that info is processed by the CPU and exponentially increases your odds of seeing awful trades and roster decisions.

You can't expect the CPU to recognize players of different calibers when you tell the game an MLB all-star and a career minor leaguer have the same expected potential. And when you don't fix inconsistencies like that, or you take shortcuts manipulating player attributes to quickly make overall ratings look right, weird things will happen in franchise and RTTS...just sayin.

Funny thing is all of those were edited prior to you posting this. I'm one person, so I can't catch every little thing but a C in my opinion is they should get back or to the majors at some point. Ergo there is about 10 players per team with a D rating. There is a system in place. I may have missed a few outliers but I change things daily. Just depends on when I post next uploads.

Not trying to attack you personally, I've done rosters in previous years on my own and respect the huge scale of the project. It takes a totally different level of awareness/organization/research if you want to make Franchise and RTTS modes work smoothly and the process will likely take all year to get great results.

With that being said, 80 out of 90 men in an organization should not be considered major league talent. The majority of players in the minor leagues have reached their peak potential. They are consistent or unique players that are required to fill organizational depth. They should be in the 50-60s overall and unless you give them 'D' potential ratings, the game doesn't know any difference between them and a mid/upper level prospect.
