I would guess OSFM offseason update 9. SideEffect34 is the user. Updated March 13th. I believe he's tried to update it recently but is experiencing a glitch, so it's updated up to march 13th only. Players are also a year younger than what they are in 18

I put an opening day one up in the vault before I moved onto 18. PSN is same as here
