What you have to do is load the latest live roster before you start a franchise, so load the live roster then tab over to franchise. Click start a franchise with new roster and pick your desired OSFM saved roster. You’ll have the new managers when your franchise loads up

Am I the only one this isn't working for? When I load up the most current live rosters, then select my saved OSFM roster, I still get the same generic managers.

This method is not working for me either. Maybe I am not understanding correctly what to do? I'm trying to do a Phillies franchise with OSFM rosters and not TIM MONK as the manager.....lol. Please help! I load the live roster, and then I start a new franchise, and load my OSFM roster, but Tim Monk is still my manager smh

I figured out the problem. What I was doing, was LOADING the saved version of the updated roster. You have to simply "SAVE LIVE ROSTER", no need to load it, it will not work that way.
