Not sure. I started my franchise not realizing 40 man wasn’t set. The cpu didn’t do it but it could be because I manually do most things. I like the way Ridin did it because I can go through at will and add players to 40 man as needed. Helps if you want to get a free agent or make a trade also.

Starting my tigers franchise everything looks awesome made some tweaks to Matthew Boyd and Shane Greene both are tearing it up so far this year

Grabbin the game today; I can’t wait to see these rosters!
Quick dumb question though; is it possible to load players from previous games into the new rosters? I really want Timmy Lincecum (even though he’s done) but I’m not sure if he’s in 19 or how I could add him to it!

For some reason Jesus Luzardo is being treated as an Ohtani type player in my franchise when I sim (CPU subs him in for the DH on his off days automatically). I have my lineup control set to manual and he doesn't show up when I go in to make edits. Anyone else having this bug?

In the franchise mode, are you able to edit the players that are being scouted and to be drafted?

Do the OSFM rosters have updated batting stances? There are many batting stances that are wrong. Especially Aaron Judge's batting stance.

Is there a reason that the option to edit audio for players' names isn't available anymore? Or am I just not finding it?

Tampa Bay's Brandon Lowe pronounces his last name as a rhyme with "ow" (like "cow" or "pow") instead of "oh" (like "go" or "no"). There is an audio option for "Lau" that works; I used it with a different set of downloaded rosters.

But with these two sets (25 and 40 man), the ability to change the name audio seems to be missing.

Also, and I know it has been mentioned before for equipment folks, Eloy Jimenez wears all-red batting gloves (and he should have facial hair).

I have the same question? Why was this feature eliminated? Seems like the gameplay and roster management in franchise mode keeps getting the short end of the development stick.

Is Lowe an SCEA player? I’m assuming he is since he played in mlb last year. Any player made by SCEA can’t have their audio name edited.

Yeah i think any non CAP cant have appearance edited or sounds. Sucks as i noticed this and get annoyed every time.

It's a bug. It's doing it all across the board and it sucks.

You'll need to pause the game, switch sides and then sub him out for the DH. Fortunately it's pitchers, so they're not needed. But they need to patch this.
