How is this even possible?!?! He was in the majors for a good chunk last year. Every year the base roster gets worse and worse. SDS is more obsessed with legends than giving us a proper real roster to start off with

It was an issue in MLB 18 as well. Guys like David Holmberg, Pedro Alvarez, Craig Gentry Etc........ were all missing and played the previous season. There were numerous guys like that last year for some reason.

He only appeared in 12 games at the end of the year, but he's a big piece of our future and arguably the best 2B prospect in the game. Disappointed he didn't get in for some reason

Yes. But you only need to play one game to usually be considered okay for the following years roster. Unless he didn't file his union paperwork, that is the only reason I could see even at least a generic model not being in the game

I'd hate to be that guy, but that's just pure laziness on SDS part. But don't worry guys.... you can't use a roster that reflects what's happening in actual baseball, but now you can play your franchise with ty Cobb on your team. This annoys me for some reason.

Not really. The changes they made don't appear to be very consistent from what I've seen. I was very worried at first.

-Gregorious still has 70 power vs lefties, 50 vs righties
-Judge's power is still in the 90s
-Lindor's power is in the 60's (but should be in the 70s)

Yea, might need to see if an updated roster on Tuesday is better.

But that would make all Cujo’s work useless.

Well if re-rates are going to be needed....then it is what it is. We all know that roster making is an art....and you guys are some of the best in the business.

This project seems to be really coming together and I am really excited to see the finished product whenever it comes out. A great sense of teamwork going on in here. It is refreshing.

So pumped for the game I can smell the red hots and peanuts already.

This... there is no way we are going to wait plus it usually takes them 2 weeks to put a update out. and who knows if they will even make huge changes. it would be quicker to edit the ratings anyway then transfer about 1000 players again.

This... there is no way we are going to wait plus it usually takes them 2 weeks to put a update out. and who knows if they will even make huge changes. it would be quicker to edit the ratings anyway then transfer about 1000 players again.

In the Q&A thread, someone mentioned about a roster update coming Tuesday... That’s why I brought it up.

And maybe missing players from what Cujo is seeing will be added.

They may have gotten the "White Guy" glitch that happened 14-17. Might be back again this year.

If you go back to MLB 18 and give both of those guys middle initials they should transfer over. Let me know if that works man.

Yep that would be it. ughhh this happened last year a real pain. it took a while before we we found players with that happening.

Don't worry we will have one.. he just won't have audio in his file..

actually he might if they add him later... if someone uses the default final update from SCEA and exports him over that way into 19 that solves the issue then HOPEFULLY if they have him in the game his audio will be said. have to be tested though

HOWEVER if anyone when they get the new roster update notices players on there that are added please note them down so I can export those SCEA guys over to save us work in faces. let's hope we at least get a few players added to the update.

I have a Urias from last yr I just uploaded with 69 total AB's
I will upload him into the game if you would like Tues night?
I also have Motowns Vlad Jr which is really good also

is it the SCEA one?

His service time should be 0.034, what I will do is if they don't add him on the tuesday update is. use the SCEA one from last year get the service time corret then export. that way we don't lose his audio if they ever do add his audio in (if they haven't already) he would turn into a REAL player too if it is the SCEA one. Only downside is can't really edit his face if he turns real.. we will see.
