If you have equipment colors set to Team Color 3 it will change depending on the uniform you're wearing.

Yes, I'm sure. The only team it doesn't work with is the Dbacks since their actual TC 3 is a cream color. Otherwise yes if you wear an alternate road uniform or just an normal road uniform and you have all equipment and cleats with TC 3 in it the color will be gray on the road and white when at home.

Actually doesn't work for the Padres either. TC3 is black at home and then gray on the road.

It works for every team except for Arizona but in a few cases or with a few specific uniforms the colors that change are different, such as the Padres who switch between black and gray instead of white and gray. I discuss this and have the entire listing of what colors change per uniform per team in the uniforms thread on page 24...

Generally team color 3 is the same color as the pants so normally white or gray but it can be cream or powder blue or even something else. Sadly this doesn't seem to work if you combine road pants with a home jersey, so like if you wear the Rockies purple alternates on the road the color will stay white instead of gray because the purple alt is a home jersey. Still an awesome feature for those of us that enjoy editing equipment.
