    importing in franchise

I know you Can't do this but I was wondering does anyone know WHY The show has NEVER had an import ability in a franchise?

Is it not possible for SDS to code this in or they just WON'T?

I'm curious if anyone who communicates with them ever asked them WHY?

    I hear your hopes
    I feel your dreams
And in the dark I hear your screams

I'm going to assume "manpower". if we just tell Sony we need it for DD reasons, maybe they'll fall for that.

I’m not sure if this is the actual reason but a couple years ago, someone asked about this and I remember a lot of people were saying it was because it would change the outcome of the franchise because the ratings change.

they used to give that reason for why we couldn't edit potential in franchise, it would break the game. when they finally relented, voila, all was well. if that is indeed the same given reason now for why we cant import into franchise, I'm calling hooey

It could also be that when you import over someone, if they’ve accrued any service time, it would be overridden with the import

that's true but if you have a player you got from another roster and are able to export/import him over another player wouldn't the service time still be there on the roster that has him you AREN'T using? That's in case you want to import him over ANOTHER player, say one that's injured?
