Way to get Maddon to Angels in Franchise

Trying to think of any way I can to hire Joe Maddon in my Angels franchise ive already started besides waiting for the cubs to fire him. Currently in the middle of the 2020 season. Does anyone have any idea on a way i could override and make him available, a hack of sorts? Thanks in advance.

He would need to be fired in the game, if he’s not manually retired from the computer.

Just controlling the Halos. Was hoping there would be a way to start controlling another team mid franchise but I haven't seen that anywhere as a possibility

Unfortunately you cannot change the number of teams you control once franchise starts

I was gonna say if you were controlling all 30 teams u could fire maddon while under CUBS then go under ANGELS fire Ausmus and sign Maddon.

So with you only controlling 1 team it can't be done.
