The IBU Fictional Roster is finally out!! I began this project exactly 2 months ago and finally after days of endless work, I finally have the finished project.

This is a fully fictional roster filled with over 2,200 of my created players. This roster will be following my 30 team relocated franchise series on my YouTube channel.

This will be a progressive roster. The way the league plays out in my franchise will directly effect players ratings, position, etc for future releases of the roster. Player stats will also start to be accumulated.

More info on my series will be posted on the IBU thread. Hopefully people enjoy the roster, hope to get some feedback!

Congrats on getting this out.

I'm pretty invested in my Bacon franchise, but I'm looking forward to checking this out.

I'm thinking of potentially doing more of a GM style franchise with this league ... Maybe only play a handful of key games a month and sim the rest and just try to build my team and let the world develop. I quite like that no one has career stats and also I can turn budgets OFF which I unfortunately didn't do in my Bacon game, although the consensus seems to be long term the better bet is having them off.

Excited to try these out! Thanks again my friend. Love the names so far. Only duplicate from the majors I see is Gregory Soto(tigers have a Gregory Soto) I’ll change his name just for my own sake lol.

These are awesome man. Extremely realistic player names and overalls. It’s nice to see teams not all rated in the 80s and 90s. Great job!

These are some of the creepiest looking players I’ve ever seen on the show. I’m terrified to play with these rosters.

Also, every player I’ve seen wearing sunglasses has a head so small that they literally float in mid air... wild....

They actually don’t look that bad in a game.

It’s a great roster. I found 9 players with pre-existing stats. Love this roster set.

I have also noticed the same thing with the sunglasses. I may try and fix them all in an update soon.

The roster is a nightmare to simulate with in franchise... (weird stat lines, player progressions)

But it’s still fun to play with. Interesting player names, windup/stances. Definitely not a reflection of a 1 star rating.

Found this thread very belatedly and really enjoying playing fictional in MLB The Show. Looking forward to checking yours out, the naming in some of the other ones haven't appealed to me but it seems your guys have more interesting. Much respect, I attempted to do this project and it's just a bonkers amount of work.

You won’t be disappointed with this roster. Lots of depth to it. Would recommend modding sliders before you do a franchise though!.
