Help on manual injuries
How do you manually injure the players on franchise mode, I’ve followed the video from YouTube on MLB 16 over the yrs, but for some reason I’m not able to injure any players, since I’m going for realism. Help please

Re: Help on manual injuries
Turn on manual injuries in the settings. Then go to the injuries section of your franchise, then hit R2 I believe and you should see all the players on your team. Hit one of them and then the list of injuries you want to give them should show up. I'm not in front of my PlayStation right now but I believe that's how it works.

Re: Help on manual injuries
I’ve tried that & nothing, I also have the CPU roster control off as well, I don’t know if it’s a bug, but i know i should be able to manually injure players, even in spring training as well.

Re: Help on manual injuries
Do you need to have 30-man control on to do this? If someone doesn't want to have 30-team control, can you start your franchise with 30-team control, go through and injure players who are "out for season," and then change team control to CPU for the other 29 teams you don't want to control?Comment

Thanks guys, I’ve finally figured it out. I’ve missed the advanced settings, I just don’t understand why Sony has to make things so complicated.

Re: Help on manual injuries
I'm also confused. Here's what I've done:
- Start franchise mode
- Choose to control all 30 teams
- Set roster control to CPU (allow trades and use Budget)
- Mode-specific options says Injury management is Manual
I'm in Spring Taining; does that matter?
When I go to inured List, it has nobody on it for any team. Pressing R1 does nothing, pressing R2 scrolls through the 30 teams I control.
Please help; I'd like to injure out players before I start my franchise. (It's not possible to do this on the roster file itself, right? If so, could I just go into the roster file and injure players there?)Comment

Re: Help on manual injuries
I figured it out. In both sections they need to be set to "manual" not "off" like it was suggested by another post. Then go to your injured list and use R1 and then you will get the whole roster.
