I wonder how long it would take to copy this roster onto 21 manually? Is there a spreadsheet already made with these rosters so we can start uploading the ratings?

it would take months.

the only way to do it is take a video of each players in 20 then spend 30 mins per player creating them. (the CAP guys) it's a lot of work but it's how we used to do it in ps3 days

Yeah, if you did it all the way. I guess I was thinking of just ratings at least. Still would take time editing all the players.

Ok, noob question here. How do you edit a player's appearance? I want to use this roster but update Ronal Acuna's hair...

Can't edit hair. Either gotta use default Acuña or make him from scratch. Or find one in the vault.

Started a Reds franchise with these and love what you have done! Truly appreciate your work. I assume you're probably going to be updating these here and there so wanted to give you a few minor things for the Reds.

With the addition of India, the Reds have him as their 2B. That moved Moustakas over to 3rd base, and Saurez is their starting SS this year. Not a huge deal honestly, but something you may want to edit in the future. Thanks so much for these! I am so glad I don't need to buy MLB 21 to enjoy a great baseball game and play through a franchise.

Seriously though, this is the best ratings roster I have came across in years. What ever your formula is, please for the love of baseball share it with SDS!!! I don't know what formula they use, but they need to go back to the drawing board.

That’s not a roster issue more than it’s a cpu issue. You will see it all the time. Which I did with the exact situation you mentioned. Unless you are doing 30 team control you will see a lot of lineups and defense positioning that just makes you shake your head. I know with my franchise that the dodgers have muncy as a backup player and his only appearance was to pinch hit in the seven games I played against the dodgers so far. Instead the have a backup outfielder playing first, why? Because his contract attributes are five points higher. It will also make for many many players placed in a platoon role such as only playing against righties or lefty’s. It’s something we’ve been complaining about for years lol.

Just wanted to add to the list of praise and thanks for these rosters Brian.

For a one man team you really have done an incredible job so much accuracy and depth these feel like they have been put together by a dedicated roster team somewhere.

I'm going to thoroughly enjoy starting a franchise with them today.

I just uploaded an update in the vault. Using MBMavs pitch edits. I completed the A.L. N.L. east, and the cubs. Not sure when or if I will do the rest. Also theres a few stance and equipment changes throughout (mostly Red Sox).

I just wanted to hop in again and say how cool it is to see everyone adding to/updating stuff on this roster. My goal was to get it reasonably close to "good enough" for franchise/RTTS mode starting. It's great to see people taking what I worked on and sharing it down the line. This is why vaults exist. Well done gang.
