Re: Whomever "thechain65" PLEASE continue 1972
Boston> when you finish the 60's set are you going to have all the team's logos uploaded to the vault as well?
Can't wait to see it..even though born 68 (i know an old man LOL)
And my recalls are from late 70's through 80's.
My favorite memory is as a grade student and getting off the bus at my corner with friends.
All of a sudden I hear a woman's voice SCREAMING YEEEEESSSSSSSSSSS!
My friends looked at me and said WHAT IS THAT?!!!
I smiled and said "It's my MOM she's watching the CUBS game with the screen door open. LOL
I am the way
I am the light
I am the dark inside the night.
I hear your hopes
I feel your dreams
And in the dark I hear your screams
Don't turn away, Just take my hand
I'll never leave, All I ask of you, Is Believe.
Believe

Yeah the Negro League teams hat and uniform logos are there now. Check my thread for a gander as I posted home/away for 4 of the 6 teams. The other teams I just left in their proper slots but I'll have to look into getting the Seattle Pilots as I forgot about them.
I was an Expo fan before my fandom with the Red Sox. Duke Snider and Dave Van Horne called those games. Switched the Red Sox in '75. I was an avid baseball card collector and these rosters bring back those memories of going through stacks of cards.Last edited by bostongahden; 05-14-2021, 03:23 PM.Pitching, defense and 2 out RBIs win a lot of ball games!

Re: Whomever "thechain65" PLEASE continue 1972
I still have several hundred of mine from the '60s & '70s plus thousands from the early '80s when I started buying them for my sons ..... many complete sets from the '80s-'90s Topps, Donruss, Fleer & Upper Deck ....... many preserved still in shrink-wrapped boxes. Although, my most prized sets are 4 NBA sets from Jordan's rookie year ...... bought 1 for each of my 3 sons & 1 daughter.Last edited by doncropper; 05-14-2021, 05:35 PM.Comment

Re: Whomever "thechain65" PLEASE continue 1972
I think the most valuable card I have is George Brett's rookie card in exceptional condition. Now sure what those 4 complete sets of Jordan's rookie year are worth but I assume at least more than I paid for them.Comment

Re: Whomever "thechain65" PLEASE continue 1972
I can't find these. I searched the vault with his ID. I'm on ps4, MLB 21. What do I search to find these? Thanks
