Have you been able to simulate multiple seasons out to see how incoming draft classes lineup with this roster? Just want to make sure that the computer generated draft classes don’t overpower the potential players that are already within the roster

Can someone please answer this question? This is one of the key elements to ensure proper distribution of talent throughout multiple seasons of franchise. It is vital to know how they work with draft classes or if there is a modifying guide for draft classes to go along with this re-rated roster.

So if you were to re-rate Eugenio Suarez what would his contact attributes be? He is God awful this year and I don't see it changing much for the better. Has carried over from poor 2020 season as well so it's not just a cold spell IMO. Reds fan so it hurts to edit him but inside my franchise he's batting .349 with only 17k through only 21 games but definitely his attributes need dropped. All cpu controlled...havent played with them yet in my franchise.

76/80 contact R/L is extremely high for him so just curious what you think or what others may have edited him to. 71 vision is pretty high as well I think.

Myself, I'm thinking contact to be 46/50 and vision dropped down to 60 at least. Probably could go lower for contact ratings honestly. Not complaining, LOVE the rosters! Just here and there I will edit a guy if he's doing so bad or good compared to attributes in game. Suarez fits that category. Thanks for you're hard work on these. Getting into a franchise and can't stop playing.

Awesome thanks! I'm going to use these. After looking at his attributes would you say every player needs Vision dropped by at least 10 across-the-board? If his is 20 then most everyone else is near 4x vision than him which feels unrealistic. But 20 vision for Saurez is probably where it needs to be nonetheless.

Yeah definitely not near enough strikeouts in the game compared to real life. Buehler had 12ks against me but that's cause I swung at bad pitches and gave him probably 3-4 of those strikeouts.

Maybe as I play I'll edit as I go and drop vision by -15 across the board.

I'd say if you're doing generic, drop by 20 for all players <80 vision, 10 for 80-90, and leave it alone for guys >90

The thing that is getting people annoyed - in my assumption - is that you don’t direct questions over to your own roster thread to be answered there. I believe if you did that - people would be less annoyed - just my 2 cents

I never once said I had a thread in my response to him. He asked for ratings on Eugenio Suarez, and I told him how I came to those values.

Hey man - I’m not going to carry this on in someone’s thread - I’ve been a member of OS for quite a long time - and I’m always supportive of people’s thoughts and additions when it’s to help - I merely stated an observation of an assumption that people may be feeling towards you when you have your own thread to direct responses to - It’s definitely cool on my end so please don’t refer to me as being “pissy” - such an immature thing to assume

And on that - I’m looking forward to Cycloniacs roster release
