Yeah, Severino was removed. That’s weird. I don’t remember them removing restricted guys in years past

yeah it is becasue every player is real now.. I think they are going to have to expand rosters to 100 next year if they are going to stick to no fake players now. you can't add and remove players all the time

I am glad I stuck with roster update 2

btw someone mentioned about maybe they need more room for face scans?? and a limit well that is 100% rubbish because my franchise has started with the guys that were removed and still have face scans... therefore they are still sitting in the data in the game somewhere so the scan hasn't been removed at all from the data to create room for more players. so they chose to remove them rather then a legend from the roster file. it's that whole 'DD mode no one will notice or care' mentality

There is 100% no excuse as to why players with face scans should be removed at all!!! if you are gonna remove players remove damm players that are exportable this is ridiculous !!

ShowTyme, may want to see what Friday's update brings... Sounds like they removed a bunch of guys with last week's update.

I know Pedro Severino was removed for sure... So dumb, they've never removed guys who were suspended before.

I'm hoping that with more real players that maybe they'll expand high A ball to full rosters.

If people don't care about Seiya Suzuki to much not having the face scan I actually don't think it is worth it we are losing more players now then gaining

I mean 3 players were added with scans that is it.. is it really worth losing all the players for 3 players?? the rest that were added can be exported.

unless Friday update has Cano with a facescan and a bunch of others I would be sticking with update 2.

So my simming stats to try and kill rookie status doesn’t work

Cano is voted 2 for rookie of year award with 15 years service time making editing service time 100% useless and a pointless thing to edit.

the game thinks he’s a rookie even when I exported 116 games of him with stats and 15 years ST so I give up with this.

Btw the game still thinks John India is a rookie so he is always in top 3 rookie of the year voting even though he won it last year

Game also thinks Gavin sheets McCormick are rooked too so your 2021 rookies are also in 2022 SDS screwed this up badly.

God how I miss Y2Y saves to stop this crap

I have a question about the 30 prospects. Which site do you use to determine the top 30 prospects?
I'm currently working on my own personal roster, with every 30 prospects with every team. Just compared your roster with my list of top prospects and just looking through a few teams, i noted a few "missing" prospects (accorfing to the lists from mlb.com).
This shall not downgrade your work and effort you put in your roster, just wanted to see if i could stop my own work and use your roster instead, but as i'm a perfectionist, i cant start without all the 30 prospects, now that i have started working on them and already edited 4 of the 6 divisions.

So, long story short: From which site/list do you get your 30 prospects?

Side note: a bunch of prospects were removed that were on the default roster that are not on the restricted list. Arol Vera from the angels (top 5 on 30 prospect list), and Maximo Acosta for the rangers (big international signing) we’re both on the default roster but are removed. Thankfully they aren’t face scanned so I can import them over legends.

But I guess I am SOL on face scan guys like Blake Walston and Kristian Robinson. A lot of these problems could be fixed by just allowing us to import SDS official scans over the legends in free agency

Probably because you can’t give stats pre 2022 it’s impossible with no Y2Y saves

I have the roster with Robinson it still saved. The problem is the roster with Seiya Suzuki is far superior in my opinion so I roll with that one.

You can’t import Robinson because he is an official SDS player with face scans. So I just roll with the one from a week ago and pretend he doesn’t exist lol
