I’m sure he’s just been waiting for the Vaughn Grissom call up to drop these. Lol I’m joking. I know we are all pumped.
Just an example of how hood these are: Austin Hendrick and Rece Hinds in the Reds system. Both are guys with crazy raw and game power, solid athleticism and frames, but hit tools so fringy they may never be regulars or even make the majors. Well all other rosters have their contact and power attributes grouped close together. Well Bushido has both of their contacts down in the 20 and 30s and power in the 50 or 60s, exactly how they should be.

Bushido—First, thanks for all the hard work on these rosters. Looking forward to trying them. Question. Is there any chance you’ll release a pre trade deadline version? I’d love to start a franchise with rosters assembled prior to the deadline. If not, no big deal but figured I’d ask in case you saved a pre-trade deadline version. Thx.

Player ratings may have also been updated to reflect 2022 (original roster was evenly weighted 2019 - 2021 I believe) as I glanced over the rest roster, but I guess Bushida could confirm for sure.

I have one team remaining to do (Nationals), and I'm going to work on them in a little bit, so these rosters will be in the vault at some point on Saturday, 100% guaranteed.

For those asking questions, instead of quoting everyone, here is what will be in this roster.

These rosters are basically a 2022 updated version of ViatorLion10 original roster. Like I mentioned several times, him and his team (if he had one?) gave us the most in depth prospect based roster. It had pretty much 99% of the pre-season Top 30 prospects for every team.

What I did, like I do every other year, is I wait for the mid-season revised list to come out, along with the draft, and then I add those players to my favorite roster base.

All teams have their 2022 FIRST, SECOND, AND THIRD round picks on their roster. All teams have their newly minted Top 30 mid-season update prospects. Giving an already amazing roster set that much more depth.

I also updated ratings and potentials based on 2022 season performance for MLB players and Minor League players. I feel pretty good about where everyone is ranked.

I have also been raising vision for players, to reduce the insane amount of strikeouts in the game. You won't see guys with a vision of 1-20 anymore in the Majors. You will still see guys who strike out a lot to continue to do so, but not at the rate that they were leading to inflated K numbers for pitchers.

I have read from several forums that the bullpen logic is messed up when you simulate games. The AI seems to use certain pitchers a lot more than others. Several people are saying to use two pitchers in the LRP slots, 4 in MRP slots, 1 SU pitcher and a closer.
I am wondering if this will be necessary with this roster or can the bullpen be set up without worrying about the AI logic.

Do you want me to upload it as it is, or do you want me to edit 40-man and make sure all MLB, AAA, and AA have 26/26 in terms of roster numbers?

Me (personally) I always simulate the first couple of seasons anyways, so that is irrelevant to me. My goal when I play is to take the team I'm using, and sim ahead to when my favorite prospects are MLB ready.

I'll let you decide, but either way, I'm ready to upload them into the vault - or I can spend the day doing the other and upload them tonight.
