    SINKERS/2-SEAMERS/RUNNING FB FOR CAPs

Gang, is there any possible way to give an editable pitcher (whether a CAP or a SDS edit) a sinking fastball that exceeds 94-95mph? I feel like I've tried everything. I understand *why* they changed this but for offline we should still be able to do what we want.

They didn't change that for online. It's been that way for a long time now. They only way to change it is if that player has the "outlier" quirk...which I don't think any CAPs have. I think 2SFBs can get up to 97 mph in game, so if you are choosing between that and a SNK for a guy who throws hard I would just opt with the 2SFB. Its definitely annoying. Same with Changeups capping at 88 mph. There are a lot of guys in today's games whose Changeups are over 90 mph. Throw in the fact that they reversed the velocity on changeups for some reason, and it's nearly impossible to edit a CAP to have accurate velocities on his pitches.

      Try this,

      Make sure there's 4 pitches.

Then do your edits for all 4 pitches, control and break. Then go back over the pitch in question and u should be able to get it higher.
