    Hi Don,

First, SO MANY THANKS for all of the work you have done in providing rosters to us!

Second, is there any chance you will have the opportunity to finish the 1964 & 1967 WIP rosters before the MLB 20 servers shutdown on January 4, 2024?

    With much gratitude,
    bbgeek

      Hi bbgeek,

Sadly it is unlikely I will be able to complete these two marvelous seasons. The reason is I have recently been suffering from neuropathy in my hands and legs which is a nerve disorder that is normally caused by diabetes which I have. Thus, I have done very little of anything with these two seasons in months since the onset of this condition.

I would very much welcome anyone taking ownership of what I have in the vault today for these two seasons. It would become 100% theirs as I seek no credit whatsoever.

      Thanks & much appreciated,
      Don

**** Don I am sorry to hear that. I too suffer from diabetes and have slight neuropathy in my hands and feet as well. (So hard to give up that sugar).

I was curious if you played and made rosters for Microleague Baseball for the C64 or the Apple II? This was the game that me and my friends would play. We even did a draft from the 1991 season disk and played out a shortened season with playoffs and a World Series. It was epic.

One funny note about our league was that there was a player that kept stealing bases who in real life was slow and not a base stealer. So after noticing this we looked into the player's (I can't remember his name) rating line and sure enough his speed rating had been secretly increased by one of our friends who was the owner of said team. It was a huge scandal for our league and there serious consequences for that team which I think was forfeiting a bunch games. It was so much fun.

That game and those times were such great times. I'll never forget it.
