Ik it’s not perfect but at least we have people who do a phenomenal job at creating players. The only thing that sucks is players names not being in the game which I never understood.

my biggest want in recreating players is the ability to edit career stats. as for the names, I know they're heading in the right direction with Boog and Carlucci adding names every year

Tatis is not in the tech test.

To be fair he may be in Single A. You can’t see the full rosters.

I can pretty much guarantee he is not in the minors either. He got removed from Sony's last update. Any player that is suspended is removed. Highly doubt he's in 23 day 1. I would be shocked if he was.

Ramon Laureano was in day 1 last year and removed from 21 at the end. He’s the hope I have for Tatis.

Yes, in main menu if there not listed on the 40 man roster they won't show up in DD. That's the way it's been.

yeah I tried playing the 2023 season with 2022 I am so sick of the hearing it is there first hit or homer etc etc all because we can't edit stats and the game thinks they are a rookie even with service time.

Even when you simmed Cano last year 15 years for generic stats the game still had him as a rookie lol there is no fixing that but career stats would shut the commontators from telling us all the time about a 10 year plus vetran first strikoute or them celebrating their debut or first homer animations.

Yankees signed Nick Ciuffo, who did not appear in the MLB last year.

Also, with the update that Clevinger will not face a suspension, probably safe to remove him from the list.

Agreed the career stats is what is most important to me. Also wish MLB could get a list of career leaders like 2k has. Even if legends that aren’t in the game have a basic name like player or something.

I already removed him 2 days ago. He's in cause MLB and MLBPA approved him to be in. The New CBA will allow some guys to be in the game that normally wouldn't. So it's clear they got approvals for Conforto to be in.

Sony doesn't just randomly remove guys every year. They are told who is approved and who is not.
