got a 30 team control question

I am going to be starting a franchise using 30 team control.

When I get to the season I'm going to play all my teams that day, and sim the rest.

My question is: Will the CPU make line up changes? Like for instance after simming (playing) a 3 game set will the CPU change the line ups around, bringing in guys off the bench to replace tired guys?

Yes, they will. Just have to put everything except roster control on auto. Just to add to the immersion, if you haven't done it before, Sim the other games before yours, and that way, you will get the score updates while playing your Teams game that day. I just ignore the results of the finals while I'm simming each individual game.
That's the way it's worked for me. They'll rest players automatically. The only annoyance you'll get is having to call up guys if there's an injury while leaving roster control on manual.

One question,why do I have to leave roster control manual?
Modifying the rosters and lineups after ST, then set roster control AUTO except my team’s, will the lineup be very different from reality?

You don't have to. Most 30 team control users leave it on manual incase the CPU does something odd. I don't deal with line up issues after the season starts. I just make sure all the starters are in place before game 1 and then when injuries happen the CPU does well to put starter back in. I always keep it on manual just to make sure it goes that way.
