What did you use as the basis for why some prospects would be missing? Some teams, like my White Sox, added a bunch of veterans on MiLB deals, bumping some potential prospects from the roster. Technically, there would be more players missing if you're counting prospects who have not yet made their MLB debut (looking at someone like Samuel Zavala).

I just checked the MLB prospect rankings, looked at the full roster on the show, and when I didn’t find a guy made a note of it. Figured people were looking for which players needed to be created. If this list is for something else, then I guess I misunderstood.

Re: Missing Players Thread
I don't know the rules about the union and all the intricacies of it but my question is, in the past I totally understand when a player didn't play in the MLB for a year he was removed because he was not in the MLBPA. However, now that they have the minor league license, why are they removed from the game? If they didn't play in the MLB at all can't they still be included under the minor league deal? I'm referring to veterans or guys with former experience like (Padres only) Kevin Plawecki, Daniel Camarena, Austin Davis, Paul Fry etc. All of them played in the minors last year so why were they removed from the game if they have the minor league license?Comment

And yet there are few players this year that haven’t played in 2-3 years (few rehab games in the minors) and yet they’re in. In the past, a year was the max. A game in the minors but nothing in majors they’re gone. So it’s definitely been different this year.

Re: Missing Players Thread
He was in the game... I chose a roster update from someone on day one that had several of the moves as of 3/15 and have been updating my roster based on recent moves, including DLing player likenesses created... This way I have Marte in the minors... Didn't want SDS to force me to not have him when I get to the 82nd game...If you keep bowing down and praising the developers, (NHL series) nothing they give us the consumer will ever be a "finished" product. Take a stand, it is your money!!!.Comment

Re: Missing Players Thread
The minor league players now have a union and now need approvals for every player to be in the game. If a minor league player isn't in the game it's because he isn't approved, hasn't submitted his paperwork to be in the game, or just doesn't care to be in the game personally. People will say guys were in last year and not this year and won't understand why, well this is why since they actually unionized the players have the same rights now as MLBPA guys and have to be approved by MLB and the MLBPA to be in the show. Same thing applies to MLB guys on MiLB deals.Comment

It's both good and bad. Rosters will fluctuate every year from here on out.Comment
