    GIANTS:

RP Tanner Andrews - I had to create him.
SP Matt Frisbee - I had to create him.
RP Nick Garcia - I had to create him.
SP Tommy Romero - I had to create him.
RP Juan Sanchez - I had to create him.
RP Cody Stashak - I had to create him.
RF Yusniel Diaz - I edited the one Full Minors had.

2B Brett Wisely should be 5'9.
SS Donovan Walton should be 5'9.

    * I had to put RP Jose Cruz in DOUBLE-A for now because there was no room in SINGLE-A.

    * I had to put SP Matt Frisbee in DOUBLE-A for now because there was no room in SINGLE-A.

    * I had to put RP Nick Garcia in DOUBLE-A for now because there was no room in SINGLE-A. * I had to put RP Juan Sanchez in DOUBLE-A for now because there was no room in SINGLE-A.

    * 3B Otto Lopez - There was no room to keep him on TRIPLE-A roster because game only allows 13 positional players. I moved him to SINGLE-A for now. He was in least amount of games - 2.

SP Blayne Enlow - There was no room to keep him on TRIPLE-A roster because game only allows 13 pitchers. I moved him to SINGLE-A for now. He was in least amount of games - 2.

Triple-A is finally completed. I wanted to show what one of my sheets looks like from the start of a team to what it looks like at the end of a team completed. As you can see GIANTS was a lot going on there.

Again it should be a quckier process to a degree. Yes Double-A will have more missing players than Triple-A had, but like I mentioned yesterday in my updates that I am jsut going to focus on the player nbios noit so much the faces. I mean there gonna resemble the player but not so much detail like I would normally put into am issing player. Kinda like when I grab a missing player I find from default rosters I dont mess with there face I jsut add them and move on until it's timeto edit there info.

Only time I might edit a player in Double-A is for osme reason it's a veteran player and or if it's a Asian player those sometimes needs a lil speciual attention to there faces.

Don't forget once I finsh the GIANTS final things today I am going to go on a live stream and go over MLB level and Triple A work thats completed.

I will post a few teams documents so anyone want to cross reference mywork you can. Be hard to see the video but not know what your really looking at and where players should be etc..Unfortunately I dont have MLB documents like rosters I printed those out this year instead of screenshots like the minors league teams.

But I do have a thread on here with 2024 opening day lineups, bullpens and closer etc so I can post that and anyone who want to compare you can.

I think im going to wait and do the live stream tomorrow night just got to much going on tonight.

Re: MLB THE SHOW 24: 2024 OPENING DAY ROSTER BY HOUSTON

Double-A started last night and here's just what the 1st team looks like as far as who is missing.

Keep in mind I have about 4 known rosters downloaded to see if players can be found on those and only one player was RP Trace Bright.

              ORIOLES:

12 pitchers missing for ORIOLES Double-A!! I didnt check Positional Players yet.

              Trace Bright
              Dan Hammer
              Dylan Heid
              Ryan Hennen
              Ryan Long
              Zach Peek
              Jean Pinto
              Houston Roth
              Kade Strowd
              Peter Van Loon
              Kyle Virbitsky
              Brandon Young

              I have these rosters saved:

              • Full Minors
              • TrueSim
              • Real Players
              • Full MLB and Minors

How none of these ROSTER SETS don't have more of these missing players is shocking. Now this is just the ORIOLES maybe other teams I can find more missing ones but I am a bit surprised none of these were on any of these 4 known roster sets.

Unfortunately as we know it's already late for this project and took me awhile to get Triple-A done but I feel happy about MLB and Triple-A levels because I know there 100% accurate. Double-A will be to. It's just going to be a Lil bit harder than Triple-A was.

Making sure I don't import over any Triple-A players or injured editable players moved to single-A that was already completed is the biggest headache and concern.

When all said and done this roster will be 100 % ACCURATE for who was on there teams organization roster for the 2024 SEASON!

Any thoughts on making AA and A a mix players that can be found among the general rosters that are available for download and prospects? Assuming that would speed up the process somewhat

Thanks for commenting, to answer your question thats a no because this roster project is how I have always did my MLB rosters andthat is to have 100% accuracy as far as who is susposed to be on the rosters and where. I get it a lot of folks out there love the young prospects and radther have them than the journeyman veteran minor league player, but for me if there listed on the roster and what I save at opening day then thats who should be on the rosters.

So much easier to organize a project like this or do the rosters if you half something to follow or go by. That's probably one of the biggest reasons other ROSTER SETS don't have some of these players because they were injured, on development list etc etc and they have every right to do there rosters however they feel like doing them. I just hate it when they claim to be the best or 100% accurate when they are not.

So, with my vision and what I decided to do for Double-A should be a quicker process as I have mentioned previously. Today I will see just how much quicker my proces will be not focussing to much on the perfect face instead finding a similar resemblance for them enter there player information and move to next one. Usually I can create/edit a face to look exactly like them in 15-20 mins, but not going to focus on that this time around. There not going to look terrible or nothing like how they should just wont be spending so much time on detailing there faces.

Maybe in the future I will have time to edit AAA editable faces for every team then the next year Double-A etc be nice if we could get Y2Y saves back to easier accomplish this idea I had for years. As players tend to grow beards, shave, get new hair styles etc be nice for us roster creators to keep our players up to date and bring them to life sort of speak.

That reminds me of something been meaning to ask this community following along my journey. What do you guys think of the base roster giving every pitcher batting stances instead of basic whatver generic 1 etc stance? Something I have noticed they did this year. I mean we wont see the pitchers hit unless guys set there franchise for that style. It's one thing if thats there actual batting stance but I highly doubt all these players bat that way and most probably havent had many plate appearances but SDS gave them a hitters stance anyways.

I created a seperate thread for the missing players batting stance and pitching styles. If any of you wanna help out here is the thread for it. I will give anyone full credit when the project is completed that helps out.

I don't think it's that the other rosters are less accurate, it's just that they are taking a different approach to deal with the game's limitations when it comes to roster constraints. Whether you include every single guy on the opening day AA/AAA rosters or prioritize top prospects, you are going to have to make some exceptions to account for the roster limits in the game.

Thanks man I appreciate it. I took a lil break after creating the 9 to charge my phone etc.. I should have the first Double-A team completed tonight. But glad to get a general idea how long a team would take thats needs a bunch of missing players.
