If you’re serious about manage only mode, at least in my experience, the best bet is to stick with mlb the show 23. It plays the most realistic of any on the ps5. Minor tweaks are necessary. (I only change cou contact to 6, and basestealing ability to 6). The walks are there. The errors are there. There is a reasonable amount of offense. The newer versions have reverted back to lack of walks and overall offense. Just my opinion as one of the few mom guys out there.

I’m letting the cpu handle the moves and so far they’ve traded (ironically) for Phil Maton and Jesus Lazardo (2 real life cardinals targets). My team is 40-32 and in second place in the central. 5 games behind Milwaukee.
