Slider advice?

So I need some advice on what I should do. In the past I found that the CPU would hit to while on HOF but not good enough on all star. This year I have been using Dynamic difficulty and when I got to all star+ I locked in the slider and thought that might be a good difficulty for me but I am finding that with default hitting and pitching sliders on all star+ that the CPU is still hitting to while. On all star+ I find that the CPU hits to many good pitches and that they have to many at bats where they will just foul off pitch after pitch after pitch. I had been trying all star+ with the CPU hitting sliders down a little but still the CPU is still good. I find that on all star the CPU hits more realistically when it comes to chasing pitches and missing pitches but on all star default it is to easy to locate your pitches. So should I go back to all star and just lower my Pitcher Control by 1 and Human Pitcher Consistency by 1? Or should I continue to play on allstar+ but just lower my CPU hitting sliders more?

i use classic pitching on All Star. i have USER pitch control and consistency at 4/4. getting good results. didn't really notice the difference much at first, but definitely saw/felt the difference as my season progressed. give it a shot!

Oh ok I will try that. This game plays great on default all star hitting and so it may be great on all star pitching to or with just a small adjustment like control and consistency at 4 each. I think if all star war just a little harder to locate pitches it would be great and so 4 for both of those may be all I need. I think it end up being a mistake trying dynamic difficulty this year. I may have been just better off starting at all star and going from there.

i was in the same boat as you. All Star pitching was too easy at first so i tried All Star Plus. it was fun and challenging, but i wasn't getting realistic pitching stats. setting control and consistency at 4 has been a game saver!
