What is the best slider set for someone who will be playing every single game in franchise mode?

The one that fits your tastes and abilities most.

Try them all and see which one is closest.

I know - lame answer, but there is no definitive best.

Yeah I was just going to reply with "your own". If you're playing every game you should be able to identify what you need to change and how best achieve your desired difficulty level. You can only find out though by just jumping in.

If you want to start with some community sliders I would hop around the Slider threads and try and find someone that has posted something similar to your starting difficulty level. Also pay attention to control styles. Classic pitching vs. any other pitching interface will provide different results and thus may require completely different pitching sliders. Similarly, zone hitting is in general more difficult that a timing hitting interface.
