quick sim is the sliders I mention above. that is cpu vs cpu sim - that is what I meant.

simming by pressing triangle on calendar screen - sliders:

starter stamina - 10 .... reliever stamina - ZERO .... manager hook - 7 .... injury is up to you.

playing game in QM - sliders:

starter stamina - 2 .... reliever stamina - ZERO .... manager hook - 10 .... injury is up to you.

if you play games and bat every inning - starter stamina should be at 5 and leave the rest same as QM setting.

if you pitch only vs cpu and never hit (like I do), then human starter stamina at 5 and rest as QM for cpu and sim ur hitting.

    enjoy

      Sorry if I was unclear

But what I was trying to ask is are the league wide games you sim (like simulate ALL games of all 32 teams in MLB through a date) impacted by these sliders?

For example, if I was simulating ALL games league wide for a particular day, what slider set should I use? Your QM or QS sliders?

From what I'm reading, if I am to simulate all games, I should use the Quick Sim sliders aka (10 starter stamina, 0 reliever stamina, etc.)

Why do you have one set for quick manage and another for regular simming?

put starter stamina @ 10 for your starters and go into QM. You will now dominate the cpu, as the sim engine is different cause their is human interaction vs cpu logic.

              But that isn't true.

I'm into August and I'm 2nd in a very tight AL East division race. I QM all of the games I don't play and I've used starter stamina at 10, reliever stamina at 0 for all of them.

Yes I don't understand this either. We are talking about the CPU Starter Stamina here right? If we put it at 10, wouldn't both starters from your team and the other team do well? I don't see why only the CPU Starter on our team would dominate but not our opponents.

squashbuggie, you really QM a game, go back to data utility load different sliders for sim, and then come back sim all the other results, then load a different slider for QM, and then QM your game? And then repeat? Sounds like a lot of work lol
