Best slider adjustment to affect hitting with runners on base?

I'm finding that I can hit well enough to get runners on base but as soon as they are, everything is an infielder grounder or a pop up. It didn't used to be like this but I need a slider adjustment that will positively affect the problem. I'm getting tired of 1-0 games and playing through half a game without either team scoring.

Any slider changes you make will affect the Hitting universally. There arent any sliders that will impact situational hitting.

The beauty of the at bat with men on is that the pressure gets higher for both the pitcher and the hitter. If youre hitting really well but cant hit with men on, my guess is that you are swinging at some pitches that are tougher to hit (like on the corners). One of my biggest challenges is hitting with men on, because its very easy to change your approach because you want the big hit.

Overall, if you are seeing too many pop ups for your liking, on pitches in hittable zones, I would look at solid hits slider. On WarmWinds suggestion I bumped mines up and its made the game better for me. As I said though, this will affect every at bat, not just with RISP.

What kind of hitting are you using? Like Rux pointed out, there are no situational hitting sliders but you are definitely referring to situational hitting. You have to put yourself in the pitchers shoes for a moment and figure out how they are likely to approach you. For example, you get that runner on first and they are likely to go for a double play or a strike-out. Is it a fast runner on 1st? Expect more heat especially outside. Look for those sinking and offspeed pitches on the 3rd base side and low as well. Maybe do more hit and runs and try to get grounders to the opposite side.

Thanks for the replies. You're probably correct, I'm probably not hitting the same with runners on as without. Food for thought, definitely. I'll play around with the solid hits slider too.
