    Legend classic pitching accuracy

I’m extremely happy with my slider set I’m using. One thing I’d like to improve is my pitching sliders. I use classic on Legend. I’ve had it set at 7 control and 6 consistency for awhile now. My last 3 games I’ve walked 16 batters. For people that are using classic and legend, what are your pitching sliders set at? Kluber walked 6. Bauer 5 and carrasco 5.

Also I know how to use classic, I hold the button for about one full second. Maybe just a few bad games but I’m not sure!

    Thanks.

I have the opposite issue. I have to try and walk the CPU with my control and consistency at 2.
You might try a shorter hold than one second. I don't see much sacrifice in "stuff" on the pitch by a short hold.

I'm curious as to what exactly is determined by the length of your hold, and how it is testable.

I've done tests of my own and can't figure it out. I know it says Classic Pitching doesn't impact the pitch feedback display option, and that's true because with that setting turned on, it shows the pitcher's release timing on every pitch where the batter doesn't swing. No matter how long I hold, the release timing is random for every pitch, which is what the settings tell you.

But I've also noticed the velocity or effort in my pitches is the same whether I tap the button or hold through release and seems to have no bearing on my fatigue either. So can anyone definitely say what hold time does on classic pitching?

I know exactly what you’re saying, I was very confused at “pitch feedback” myself for quite some time. I know on breaking balls it’s supposed to have more break and less control if you hold the button until vibration. As far as velocity for fastballs, I’m not sure. I do know if I tap it though I’m more accurate
