Lil help with sliders to promote cpu baserunning aggressiveness

I’ve been rooting around and thought I’d give this one more try..
Can anyone help me with sliders ...or player edits that will allow the cpu baserunner attempt to stretch singles ...
Cpu runners gap a ball or rip a shot down the line and hold at first for a very incredibly dumb single...
Last year cpu players would challenge outfielders and you would see great plays at second ..close plays base runners being thrown out ect...
    This year zero...
I’ve tried many combos in sliders can’t achieve it

I think I've found a nice balance. You don't have to copy all of the sliders if you don't feel like it, but I feel like the baserunning/throwing game will be to your liking.

Thanks WW it is appreciated. I noticed red and blue on some of your values. Is that a change .?.....with the second value being your most recent adjustments ?
Also...I’m interested in your fielding base running suggestions but I think with everything being interconnected I should use your Contact and Power ect values also.
I am a Cpu Cpu guy I’ve used your sliders last year and used them in the fashion I play and found great results....the only problem this year for me is as I’ve stated..the base running aggressiveness
Thanks again ...looks like a fast game with these sliders but I’ll try em out
      Let you know..

The two different numbers are for different difficulty levels. Red is for All-star, Blue is for Legend. I made two sets this year.

It allows for more potential pitch speeds to choose from, which I leave to the user to adjust for themselves.
