I have. Works just like any other SoTS. The only thing to consider is that the player music may not match your roster. But personally I just match player music with what I like anyways.

Re: Armor & Swords MLB The Show 20 Classic/Directional Simulation Sliders
Small tip for those playing 162 games. Use the “dynamic” camera view for when the ball is in play for both offense and defense, only when using the “MLB Network” broadcast package. It gives you that MLBN/ESPN feel with the flying drone camera. Then play your regular games on “broadcast” camera view. This gives that little extra special feel to the MLBN games. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
To take this even one step further. Go into USER SETTINGS > PRESENTATION OPTIONS.
MLB Network Games
Pre-Pitch Camera - Always
Camera Type - All
Camera Frequency - Always
Regular Games
Pre-Pitch Camera - Always
Camera Types - Batter/Pitcher Only
Camera Frequency - Always
If you do this, you won’t get those really cool shots of the park before pitches, except when playing MLBN games. Gives again that little extra flare and makes those shots fewer and further between, making them feel a lot more fresh. Especially the ones in our home ballparks.Comment

Re: Armor & Swords MLB The Show 20 Classic/Directional Simulation Sliders
Played a 1995 random game last night:
Toronto (cpu) at Cleveland (me)
I won 7-5
Albert Belle with 2 HR's and a double (3-4). Paul Sorento with 2-run HR. Nagy got me 7 innings, giving up 5 runs (4 in one inning). I finished off Paul Menhart in the 4th. In one inning I got Woody Williams to throw 30 pitches alone.
Man, I still LOVE this game!STEELERS INDIANS CELTICS

For others (us hardcore franchise and classic season play guys), that simply isn't going to be the case.
MLBTS 20 For Life.
I for one will not get sucked in again. I have zero confidence they'll ever (or even be interested) in replicating what they did with MLBTS20....it's the GOAT IMO.

Balanced schedule will be nice. Updated playoff schedule. Gameplay maybe better? I’ll always play my 20 bacon franchise, I’m way too invested. 20 is the goat but has warts. Nobody does a better stream than armor. This community is fantastic.Comment

Truthfully, I'm not the least bit interested in 23.
I bought into the hype of 22 ( mostly cuz I finally scored a PS5), and spent months trying to get it to "feel right to me".
At my age (48) I am far more interested in playing classic single seasons or one-off fantasy draft single seasons with old school rosters than running a modern day franchise.
To each their own- I hope 23 brings you much joy.

Nope. Have plenty going on with 20. Bacons fictional roster franchise going, 93 Yankees franchise , Statis pro franchise and a modern franchise going that I started with 20. All from well know roster creators on Armors classic roster thread. Unless 23 wows is in ever way, I’m content where I am. I hope you enjoy it. Play what you love!

I’m 53 and couldn’t agree more. I’m currently playing MLBTS 20 on my PS5, single seasons with Bacon’s fictional rosters and couldn’t be enjoying it more.
