You definitely won’t be disappointed with ‘20. All of us have REALLY tried ‘21 and ‘22 and found that they were no where near the game that ‘20 is. In particular the hitting engine for both human and cpu.

I can’t wait for BostonRob to release his ‘23 rosters and to start new franchises with the Yankees and Phillies

And you will not go wrong using Armour’s exact sliders. I couldn’t play this game without them.

I use your sliders and some house rules for most of my sports gaming. My ps4 just died and took my saves with it. He’d to re-image. Going back to The Show 20. Dealing with free agents, does the the CPU ever sign any during the season? What are your house rules on free agency? I see about 10-12 guys that would bulk up my farm system, but don’t want to cheat the system too much. Some of the guys would even start on the big team, but again, I don’t want my teams to be too stacked.

I see that BostonRob has his opening day roster in the vault ALREADY!! YAY! Looks GREAT. He even has Franchy Cordero on the Yankees and he was only signed yesterday.

Just a quick question before I download and start my new franchises - does he usually have a few updates to his roster or is his initial roster that’s in the vault good to go?

I’m not that concerned with minors, equipment, etc.

Thanks Armour!! He does adjust ratings though, correct? And I noticed Julio Rodriguez of the Mariners has an age of 19. He doesn’t bother correcting details like that or is it because we are playing at the ages they were in ‘20?

Do you have any idea as to when the rosters will be ready?

I am going to do a 2023 Marlins Franchise. They are my local team, have a nice farm system but need a strong GM.

Enter Michael Sword.

Should be fun. And totally different from our long running Yankees Year 7 which is entering tue month of June.

So…..we tried both fastball and change-up sliders maxed out to 10.

Holy mother!!! It’s like a new game.

I think I finally have embraced this. I am literally blown away at how much more realistic it is.

We are going with this in Year 7 and all my other franchises as it really feels great and challenging.

I love it.

What are you seeing that makes it seem more realistic? I’m not sure my 59 year-old eyes could make the adjustment which could lead to too many strikeouts
