I have always used pure analog however the last 2 years I have not been able to get realistic results with it for franchise. So far I am having the same issues with it but I am just getting started with 20 so not sure if it’s usable yet . As far as sliders if I come up with anything I will post it for you as nobody else on OS has sliders for pure analog at least in past years -

Not to speak for him, but for most people analog is too easy. I’m purely a franchise player and recently switched to directional/classic and it’s the best decision I ever made on The Show.

Yes I agree that it is too easy, and I also agree that classic pitching gives the most realistic results however I get bored pushing a button to pitch so I am trying to make work but SDS caters to online players who like to dominate with analog pitching so they won’t make it harder.Comment

If you’re just pushing the button, you’re doing it wrong. It’s far more subtle than that in varying the length of time you hold the button to max effort. You can throw multiple versions of pitches just by varying that duration (mimicking a pitcher’s arm speed).

Yes I totally realize that josh , I just don’t enjoy using buttons as much, not trying to minimize classic in anyway. It definitely uses the ratings the best. I started playing on mlb 2k and that used the analog stick so I always liked that better, I may have to switch to classic this year if I can’t get results and I may also end up using your sliders as you did a nice job last year but first I need to try my preferred method to see if I can get it to work.Comment

I enjoy analog. definitely need to lower human control and consistency. Also usually up cpu power to put more fear in my heart. If not it’s too easy to pound the zone with analog.

I have been getting good results now with analog pitching and hitting, still testing but been happy through 15 games. Sliders in the vault named :

hopefully helps the few of us players who enjoy analog. Pretty simple set right now , almost all at default with changes to human pitch control & consistency and also cpu pitch consistency. Open for any feedback to improve the set.Comment

Yes I use analog everything but I think hitting would be fine with directional also , seems like all the directional sliders ( Armor and Josh etc) so far are at default . Zone hitting I would think would need tweaking.
Let me know what you think, I am looking for input on any changes you or others think might be better. Love this year’s game so far and just want to come up with the best sliders possible for analog! Thanks for trying them out !Comment

Great to hear, I got about 17 games in and just started getting too many hits and way too many homer’s , I am locked in on human pitching sliders for sure but hitting is still a work in progress. Can you please pay attention to the amount of stolen base attempts the cpu try’s and let me know what you are seeing? I am not seeing many so I may bump that up a notch also . Thanks!Comment
