I mess more with Manage Mode. I have a set, but I don't do cpu vs cpu. I've been told though its the same. Mine aren't bad. Also, I have tinkered with JoshC but haven't gotten further then 10 games with them. I've been using my set with my carryover season, so I have been playing more of that. JoshC (his is HUM vs CPU) played with decent success.

Just to note though. MLB is the complete opposite of Madden. It takes 20-30 games to evaluate how the set plays because MLB has such more variety to it then Madden. Hot and cold streaks, hit variety, etc. Sliders are a lot more pure though in my opinion then Madden. If you came from the Madden world over to MLBTS.

The OSFM roster by Ridin is the popular one. Im using that one (the after draft picks), my carryover franchise is a OSFM roster as well. Another good one is Bacons Fictional roster. Plays really well and is a lot of fun.

It is a lot of fun and frustrating at times which makes it even more fun. It does play pretty realistic. Way more then Madden in my opinion. It does have its quirks though. Some off the wall trades and the cpu AI logic sometimes will leave you really scratvching your head. Overall though, its the ONLY sports game I play, and I play it year round. Actually, it is really the only game I play period.
