Slider gurus I need some help.

I've got my sliders dialed in almost. Every stat looks pretty good except HRs, my pitchers have only given up 2 HRs in 8 games. I'm playing on legend pitching. I've got solid hits for the cpu at 3 and power at 5.

So, should I increase power or solid hits? Or should I play more games?

BTW, I've got timing at 6.

Only 8 games? Dont touch anything. Play a lot more games. They will come.

First of all, what pitching interface do you use? I’d personally at least put solid hits back up to 5.

I have a guardians franchise right now that I’m 50 games into, so I have a good pitching team. On my set I have contact and power at 6, everything else 5. Cpu is averaging about 1 HR per game.

I played a game this morning and the white Sox beat me 13-9 and they hit 3 homers. For the season my team ERA is around 3.50

I should mention I also use legend and classic pitching.

Well, I put power at 6 last night, and played 2 games now ive given up 8 HRs..lol

I might switch solid hits to default, but for now i will switch power to default.

I use meter pitching and timing for hitting. I know classic pitching is harder to master than meter. I put pitching control at 4. I give up my fair share of walks.

I use legend for pitching and hof for hitting.

Hum starter stamina - 6
Cpu contact - 6
Cpu timing - 6
Cpu solid hits - 3
Cpu starter stamina - 6

The rest are all default.

I think that's it..I will check my sliders tonight to see if this is all I changed.

I was going to test out your sliders, do you use default rosters? and do you put anything on auto? baserunning/throwing/sliding etc

I use auto baserunning / Manual fielding and throwing / Fidelity to reality rosters
