Did I miss something? Did ps4 get an update where we can save mp3s to the hard drive like ps3? how will this work? This was one of my favorite parts of customizing the show.

Won't save to the hard drive. Songs will be uploaded to the game via USB flash drive.

So will packs be uploaded to OS (DJ Will's file I assume in which all the songs are included)? Or do they just tell us which songs and we have to go download them all and put them on ourself? I figure for obvious legal reasons that they may not be able to straight up just post a file of MP3's up here but I'm not big into the legal issues that come with that? So if somebody could go through the process from here on OS to actually installing the music on a drive and moving it into the game I'd really appreciate it. MLB 14 was my first experience of the Show since '09 on the PS2, it sounds like an amazing feature that will already add to amazing presentation (#ThanksKirby)

The process is this as i understand.
Download packs onto USB stick
Put USB stick in ps4 and leave it there
Go to Sots in game
The game will recognize your USB
Set the cues for each track because dj will puts 3 songs per track.
Assign each cue to player in edit player screen
Or assign each cue to team sounds in SOTS

Obviously I can't be 100% on this till we get the game but I did hear Russel say the system was the same as ps3 except that the game reading from USB rather than hard drive.

Keep in mind that they may add more or take away some. Also keep in mind that I am not sure if they scrolled all the way down on the player chart so there may be more there.

Would we need to leave the USB in permanently or just the one time we upload?

It wasn't last time I tried it on PS3, due to ridiculous iTunes DRM (which is why I no longer buy music from iTunes). Seriously, F*** DRM. It does nothing but punish legitimate customers.

SOTS only supports mp3. Itunes uses mp4 I think. So no it won't be possible.

There are tons of freeware or software to purchase out there. Depends on what your willing to spend. Seek out Google and do thy searching..
